What makes it hard
Managing the company
A foreign founder can register a Russian LLC, but to manage it personally in Russia they need a work permit.
Opening a bank account
Banks ask for the charter and registry extract of the parent company, legalized or apostilled, with a certified Russian translation.
Hiring people
Russian employment contracts do not allow foreigners to work remotely from abroad, so you need a local director or a work permit.
Daily compliance
Accounting, currency control and tax reporting start from day one.

Questions
Which form is right for me?
It depends on what you plan to do. We compare an LLC, a representative office, a branch and working through an agent, and explain the taxes and visas for each.
Can everything be done remotely?
Most steps can be done under a power of attorney. Some banks ask the director to visit in person; we plan this visit in advance.
How do I pay for your services?
We agree on the payment route before we start: in rubles through your partner in Russia or another option that suits you.
Can you help me find partners?
Yes. We organise business missions and meetings through chambers of commerce, business councils and our own contacts.
We do not issue certificates or act as a law firm. Certification is carried out by accredited certification bodies and laboratories, and legal and accounting work by our partner firms. ONE prepares the files, coordinates the process and stays your single point of contact.
